My Review:

Hee-So and Sae-Bom are being targeted by the popular girls in gym class.  All of the girls decide to team up and throw balls at Hee-So and Sae-Bom which Hee-So rebounds.  Then they throw one at Sae-Bom and Hee-So throws herself at the ball and she gets hit in the face.  She faints and the girls throw a bunch at Hee-So and Sae-Bom until Won-Jun saves them.

He takes Hee-So to the infirmary and he has a chat with Whie-Young.  Then Won-Jun has a chat with Nam-Joo about not knowing about her feelings about her friendship with Hee-Soo.

Hee-So challanges Nam-Joo to a judo match which Nam-Joo lets her win.  Hee-Soo makes Nam-Joo hang around Sae-Bom and to protect her.

My Review:

In this volume Hee-So is depressed and worried because Beatrice has disappeared.  Meanwhile Beatrice is living at Whie-Young's house and is happy to do chores for his mother and grandmother.  One day Whie-Young asks Whie-Young to pick up some groceries for her so he sends Beatrice to retrieve them.  On the way he bumps into Hee-So who is waiting for Won-Jun at a park. 

Beatrice starts running from Hee-So and she chases after him but slips in a puddle.  He comes back to help her up and she starts yelling and hitting him.  She finally calms down and asks him to come home with her and meet her family for dinner.  When they arrive all the women in the family are smitten with him and they wished he was their son or brother. 

We see Won-Jun has gone to meet Sae-Bom at another park because she is upset her mom is sending her to America to live with her dad.  Won-Jun asks Sae-Bom if it would be okay if he went to America with her.

My Review:

Hee-So is expecting to have steamy dates with Won-Jun, on the phone with Won-Jun and kissing Won-Jon now that summer is finally here.  Meanwhile Beatrice her cactus friend is depressed and wishes to stay with Hee-So and one day he transforms into his human self.  Even a bucket of chicken doesn't turn him back into his cactus self so Hee-So decides to stay with him cooped up in her room everyday. 

Won-Jun misses her so he comes to visit her one day and she finally confesses to him about Beatrice but he takes it as he should butt out of her business.  He decides he won't visit or call her for awhile and she becomes more depressed.

My Review:

In this volume Hee-Soo drags Beatrice and Whie-Young over to Sae-Bom's for her birthday.  Sae-Bom is very happy but surprised.  They have cake which Won-Jun brought over and Hee-So makes seaweed soup as the main dish.  Everyone is surprised it's very good and nothing is left. 

Beatrice lets it slip about Whie-Young's special powers and Hee-So begs Whie-Young to bring Toe-Toe back to life.  Whie-Young has trouble saying no to her so he goes to Sae-Bom's room and grabs Toe-Toe the rabbit.  He practically yells at it and it suddenly goes to life and talks to him.  Then it throws him onto the bed and knocks him out (that was hilarious).  Toe-Toe and Sae-Bom are so happy to talk to each other again.  They have a heart to heart talk where Toe-Toe explains that Sae-Bom won't see him again since she has friends now.

Meanwhile downstairs in the bathroom Won-Jun and Hee-So are having a conversation.  He explains to her that he likes her and asks her out again.  Then he kisses her but Hee-So is confused not believing at first that he wants her back.  He finally convinces her when Sae-Bom interrupts them (both are too busy) to notice.  Sae-Bom seems upset when she goes back upstairs to her bedroom. 

Whie-Young has a talk to Sae-Bom about her liking him and he suggests testing that by using their bodies.  He grabs her chin and is about to kiss her but she asks him to stop.  Then he says she realizes she only thinks she likes him.  While this is happening Beatrice fell asleep in the living room.

My Review:

Hee-So is quite devastated with the breakup with Won-Jun that she doesn't want anyone to know about it.  She goes to great lengths to win him back.

We also find out that Beatrice the walking and uncouth talking cactus turns into a full grown boy whenever the full moon is up.  Hee-So also wants to make sure no one knows about Beatrice and makes sure he stays locked up in her room.

Hee-So has had 12 boyfriends at the tender age of 15 and started around 7 years old.  Whie-Young is interested in her but she doesn't take notice because she's too busy trying to win back Won-Jun.  We are introduced to Sae-Bom the 4th person in the 8 year long running love triangle who's into Whie-Young.

Won-Yun isn't the nicest kind of guy when he lets Whie-Young know that he likes Hee-So.  He admits he accepted Hee-So's proposition even though it was annoying and embarrassing because he knew she was special to Whie-Young.  He did it for revenge because 8 years ago the girl he liked chose Whie-Young and now the one Whie-Young likes is so into him.

We learn the more Whie-Young uses his powers it shortens his life but he's determined to protect Hee-So even though she gets into dangerous situations since he met her.

The girl scout group are very petty, ugly (I don't mean in looks but personality) - since they like to bully Sae-Bom since they think she is a freak and all the guys seem to like her and want to help her.  They like to trip her and throw her bunny Toe-Toe into a tree so she would fall into a hole in the woods.

My Review:

The manhwa opens with Hee-So confessing her love for Won-Jun on a live reality dating show and they start dating.  One month later Won-Jun breaks up with her without giving a reason and she is determined to win him back. 

During her path to win Won-Jun back there are some obstacles one which involves Whie-Young an irritating and mysterious classmate who helps her and also hinders her in her quest.  Whie-Young has mysterious powers which he uses to protect  and help Hee-So.  I thought it was so funny how he shows up whenever Hee-So's in trouble but he also likes to irritate her.

Hee-So has a pet cactus Beatrice who can walk, foul-mouthed and really cares for Hee-So.  There is no explanation of Beatrice's existence.   

I highly recommend this series if you like love triangles with a ditzy heroine, mysterious love interest with powers, cute but strange girl, vulgar talking cactus and a nonchalant former boyfriend.

My Review:

Hee-So and Won-Jun are finally having a date at the Aquarium.  Both are having a lot of fun and we learn that Hee-So has superb gaming skills.  When Won-Jun drops a bomb - he's going to America with Sae-Bom.  Hee-So starts having a crying fit and she knows that Won-Jun was being so nice to her because he wanted to lessen the blow.  He says he wanted to remember Hee-So as having fun and then he leaves.

Meanwhile Beatrice is waiting for Hee-So at her house when her mom asks him to come in.  He says no that's okay and waits for her outside in the blistering heat.  Finally she comes home and he notices that something is wrong and she collapses on him.  He brings her inside and then he starts being lovely dovey and we hear his thoughts.

Later Hee-So is eating like a pig at Whie-Young house and he's yelling at her.  He has a conversation with Beatrice and he says he will get revenge on Won-Jun.  He goes and find Won-Jun and punches him and then they have a conversation.  We also see the story between Won-Jun, Whie-Young and Sae-Bom when they were younger.

Then everyone is at the airport to see Won-Jun and Sae-Bom off with Beatrice getting lost.  Hee-So and Won-Jun have a conversation and overhear and witness an interesting scene between her younger sister and his younger brother.  It seems like it's destined they repeat their love story - with her sister asking his brother out and then they are holding hands (that was so cute).

Then it's time for Won-Jun and Sae-Bom to leave and then Hee-So makes a heart on top of her head and makes everyone else too.  At the end Beatrice finally confesses how he feels to Hee-So and kisses her.

I thought Hee-So at the beginning was a typical girly girl and then she turned into a crying baby.  She sure can eat a lot of food without gaining any weight.

I thought the way Won-Jun treated Hee-So before telling her that he was going to America with Sae-Bom was nice in a way that he wanted to remember her as having fun instead of a dejected girl.  Though a part of me thought it was kind of mean too in a way.

I really like Whie-Young character because he's the only one that I think is the most rational and besides I have a thing for the angry characters with magic powers.
