Ingredients
4 cups half and half
1 Mexican chocolate round (recommend the Nestle-Abuelita brand)
Directions
1. Simmer half-and half in large saucepan. Do not boil. Remove from heat.
2. Melt the chocolate round in the microwave and add to half-and half. Stir.
