My Review:
The volume opens with Kuroe receiving a visit from his teacher and right before she leaves she gives him a kiss.  Kuroe contemplates about her visit and why she came to see him.  Then he reminisces when he first meet her.

Then we see a fight scene between Kuroe and two women that look alike.  Both are very good but Kuroe manages to win and they both stand down though one reluctantly.  We learn they are daughters of a previous enemy.
4/5

My Review:

This volume opens with Kuroe waking up at the foot of the stairs with his injuries all healed.  He goes in search of Caledwich and finally finds him.  Caledwich says he's heard of Kuroe the Great Magician and before they start fighting again he disappears.

In the second story Misaki is scared of the thunder but she doesn't tell Kuroe because he has to go to work.  He figures out that she is scared and comes back but she said she isn't scared so he leaves - but does he?  She goes in search of him but it looks like he is gone but he's behind her and he stays with her.

In the third story Misaki and Kuroe are having fun swimming but nothing much happens.

The last story Misaki is kidnapped by another vampire and Kuroe has to come rescue her.  This vampire also disappears when Kuroe defeats his clones.

This volume was very fast paced and had some interesting villains.  Misaki was very rebellious in this volume and thought she could take care of herself but she was wrong.  Enjoyed the tender moments between Kuroe and Misaki.

3.5/5

My Review:

I highly recommend this series if you like very feisty vampire girls with a great storyline and characters.  This volume has a lot of violence and half naked women so if you don't like stuff like that I would say don't read this series.

In this volume we learn how Kuroe first meets Misaki and it wasn't the best of meetings.  She is very spoiled and acts like a princess plus she is very lonely since she doesn't see her dad very much (he's always traveling somewhere).  She's not that nice to Kuroe when they first meet but she doesn't buy him a very nice suit for to attend her birthday party.

We also learn that Kuroe's boss gave him a power which he has been able to use against a very powerful vampire who is after Misaki.  She's not very happy with Kuroe and tends to beat him up right after being beaten up by the other vampire.
