If you are new to the FF fun, Feature and Follow Friday is a blog hop that expands your blog following by a joint effort between bloggers. Feature & Follow Friday is now hosted by TWO hosts, myself of course and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs! How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!
Now to make this FF interesting we do a FEATURE blogger. If you are interested in becoming a Feature click on the drop down link above FEATURES and Features and Follow Friday and get on the waiting list! It is also required, that if you participate you must follow the hosts (Parajunkee and Alison Can Read) and the two Feature blogs.
This Meme is hosted by Rachel from Parajunkee's View and Alison from Alison Can Read on Fridays.
To join the fun and make now book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:
1. Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Host {Parajunkee.com} {Alisoncanread.com}and any one else you want to follow on the list.

Candace of Candace’s Book Blog
When did you start blogging?
I started my blog back in December of 2008. I started it mostly as a way to chronicle my reading and keep track. Soon after my baby was born and I pretty much took a year long break. I’ve been blogging consistently since early 2010.
What is your favorite part of book blogging?
Doing what I love. Reading, hanging out with book people and getting to know authors. Really, there’s not a downside other than it gets time consuming, but really, once I find my middle ground it’s amazing!
What is your favorite book(s)?
Yikes. I know everyone has a hard time with this question. But the one series that I have consistently stuck with as a favorite is Jacqueline Carey’s Kushiel’s series. This is actually three different trilogies. Phedre’s is the first and my favorite, but the other two trilogies are absolutely amazing as well. This is an adult (most definitely adult!) fantasy series and I VERY highly recommend it. It’s heavy reading, but worth every single moment. I really want to go on and on trying to convince you to read it, but I’ll stop there. Just read it, kay? And one series I have to mention is The River of Time series by Lisa Bergren. This is YA but appropriate for everyone. It’s a series that adults and teens alike love. Don’t let the fact that Lisa Bergren is a Christian writer stop you, this does not read like Christian fiction. It’s just a clean read, but with plenty of hot guys and lots of battle scenes.
What has been the best thing that has happened to you because of book blogging?
The friends I’ve made. I’ve made so many friends blogging and these are not just ‘online friends’ they are true friends who are there for me when I need them. Anytime, any day.?

1. When did you start blogging?
I started a daily parenting blog almost two years ago, which is when I really learned how to do this whole thing. The book blog is just a few months old and it's eccletic. On there are reviews, author interviews, spotlights and also writing and publishing tips as I go through the author journey myself.
2. What is your favorite part of book blogging?
I love reading, and sharing what I've read, so book blogging comes naturally! The unexpected perk is meeting both like-minded people, and people who disagree intelligently, which strikes up good debate and fodder for thought.
3. What is your favorite book(s)?
My favorite is Jane Eyre and has been so since I first read it at age 13. I also have huge soft sports for THE Incredible Lightness of Being, Lolita, Death in Venice, The Volcano Lover and Speed Boat (by Renata Adler). Annie Ernaux is another of my favorite authors.
4. What has been the best thing that has happened to you because of book blogging?
The people. I've been able to expand my circle of friends and aquaintances three-fold through book blogging. Add the readers and writers to the moms, and I've got hundreds of people I feel like I know personally. It's great.
Q: Happy Father's Day! Who is your favorite dad character in a book and why?
Most of the paranormal books I read there isn't a dad around but there has been a few in the mystery thriller/romantic suspense ones though. There was one where the heroine's dad is a retired cop and he would help her solve her cases and they worked well together by bouncing ideas/theories with one another.

I haven't read all that many either. Most are just becoming dads at the end of the books. Know they'll be great at it but you just never get to see the actual relationship.
I'm a new follower :)

Here's mine
Yeah, it was tough for me to choose since I really didn't have many choices to start with.
