My Review:

I'm really glad that the recipes consist of the three major holidays at the end of the year and that each one has an appetizing picture of the finished product.

I really liked how each chapter was broken up into different sections and each chapter had drinks, starters, appetizers, main entree and dessert!

I can't wait to make the Breakfast Enchiladas!

Thanksgiving Sparking Punch

Ingredients

1/2 cup peeled and chopped fresh ginger
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups water
4 cups pomegranate juice
4 cups pineapple juice
6 cups ginger ale

Instructions

In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together ginger, sugar and water until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes to form a syrup. Remove from heat to cool. When cool, drain out ginger.

Mix the syrup together with the pomegranate juice, pineapple juice and ginger ale. Serve over ice.

My Review:

Wow this was non-stop action right from the get-go and never stopped until the end!  The main characters were really likable and you were rooting for them to save the day.  The villains wouldn't stop at anything to make sure the hero and heroine didn't save the day!

My Review:

I really like the size of the book which is small enough to fit into your purse or pocket.

The book was separated into parts for ex: breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, etc!

I really liked how easy the recipes were and didn't use that many ingredients.

Thai Red Curry

Ingredients

1 T. canola oil
1 lb chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, sliced)
2-3 T. red curry Paste
1 can coconut cream (13.5 oz) or approximately 2 cups
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup bamboo shoots (strips)
1 cup green vegetables sliced (zucchini, green beans, peas…)
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp msg/”accent” optional

Directions

Place chicken and curry paste into hot oil.
Stir constantly until the chicken is semi-cooked.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook 1- 2 minutes until chicken is done.
Serve over steamed rice.

My Review:

I jumped at the chance to review this book because I've never really had that much Thai food except for Pai Thai a couple of times which I really enjoyed!

The cover is really inviting and the picture looks very yummy which made me what to check out the book!

I loved the shopping list at the end of each recipe and the information of all the different curries.

Glad that each recipe had a picture of the final product and each was really easy to follow short and sweet!

I can't wait to make most of the recipes especially the hot and spicy ones but haven't had a chance since it's been so hot.
