My Review:

This volume opens with Hee-So wondering where Whie-Young is instead of school.  Her friend figures out Hee-So is interested in Whie-Young and points out the three things that shows she is interested:

1.  She really into the guy
2.  She develops a crush on the guy
3.  She has feelings for the guy

Hee-So ditches her friend during lunch break and goes looking for Whie-Young and figures out he's at the beach.  She sees someone lying down on the beach but can't tell if it's Whie-Young for not so she goes over.  We then see Whie-Young lying on the beach with his jacket over his head and dreaming.  It starts to rain very hard so Hee-So and Whie-Young seek shelter and she asks him how he feels about her.  He starts talking and says, "if I like a girl I would want to touch her" and then he reaches out and touches her hair.  Then he says he's going to kiss her and if she doesn't want him to she should push him away, run away but no smacking.  She's in shock and he kisses her (man was that a hot kiss).

Then it's the next day and Hee-So is thinking about the kiss they shared (we find out it was a lot more than just one about 3 or 4) and she was clinging onto him and she liked it.  When they finally came up for breath Whie-Young said, "it looks like you enjoyed it, heh".  Hee-So was upset about that and thought Whie-Young was playing her.  Her friend is talking to her but she's distracted when Whie-Young appears and starts talking.  She's wondering how he can be so calm and pretending it didn't happen?

When the teacher is sick the boys are told to play soccer and the girls dodgeball which the girls don't want too.  Most of them decide to watch the boys play soccer while Hee-So and her friend decide to play against each other.  Hee-So is distracted so her friend is winning when suddenly the ball is heading towards her very fast and hard.  Then we see Whie-Young catch it but his hands sting (he decided to play dodgeball because he wasn't allowed to be the goalie).

Then we are at Whie-Young's house the next day and Hee-So comes over around 7:00 A.M. to make breakfast.  Beatrice is very surprised to see her this early and says, "he will be back around 9:00 after taking his grandma to the market."  Hee-So is dressed in a pretty dress, her hair is ringlets and she has makeup on and is making some breakfast I don't even want to mention when Whie-Young comes down.  He's early (he usually doesn't come down until noon) and wonders why Hee-So is there so early. He makes noodles to eat because he's afraid he will die from Hee-So's cooking (I don't blame him they were pretty bizarre).  She's acting different and Whie-Young is confused with her behavior and starts yelling at her until she finally blow up at him.  He says, "now that feels better acting like yourself."  She runs outside to get some fresh air when Beatrice returns with fresh products.  They start chatting about how strong he is and how he could carry all of stuff.  Then she leaves and Beatrice goes inside to talk to Whie-Young and they have a meaningful conversation.

At the end, Whie-Young and Hee-So are sitting around a tree talking and he said, "he would give her an answer if he likes her after he wakes up from his nap".  We then see it's been two months since Whie-Young has woken up and he's lying in a hospital bed in a coma.

We also see Beatrice taking a nap and then he's dreaming about meeting a younger part of Whie-Young at the beach.  The younger Whie-Young talks about giving back the heart that Whie-Young gave him to save Whie-Young.

This issue explores more of the relationship between Hee-So and Whie-Young and I was so happy and shocked that Whie-Young kissed Hee-So.

Hee-So is an annoying character because she never seems to worry about her safety and doesn't like to take "NO" for an answer plus she has a temper.

Whie-Young is my favorite character because he's a sexy loner with a heart of gold.  He uses his magic to help his friends even though he knows it drains his life force.

I can't wait till Vol. 12 comes out in July which is the last in this manhwa!  I can't wait to see if Whie-Young wakes up and confesses his feelings to Hee-So.

Wow, this sounds like a soap opera! Although after reading that the guy was at the beach, all I could think about was that I didn't picture Korea as a beach place. Obviously there's lots of water, but it seems cold.

Sorry it's taken me so long to comment.
