I've finished "Breathe Deeply" by Doton Yamaaki.
Product Description
"A battle ensues over life and death, machines or clones, create synthetic hearts or grow them? Two boys, Sei and Oishi, fall madly in love for Yuko. This exhilarating masterpiece of graphic fiction begs readers to forget what they know about manga. Within this volume lies a new frontier for in story telling. "

My Review:
This manga is about the tragic love story between Yuko and the two guys in love with her Sei and Oishi. Sei and Oishi are both medical doctors with two different aspects of how they approach medicine. They both became doctors because of the loss of Yuko from heart disease. There is flashbacks to the trio's happier days during the summer to the tragedy of Yuko's illness.
The artwork is beautifully crafted with realistic characters and graphic surgery procedures. There is double crosses and I highly recommend this to the 18+ crowd since there is adult content.
4/5

This sounds great! I like the older teen/adult manga books better since I am an older teen/young adult.
thanks for the great review, I will have to check this one out. I love when there is a mix between sad moments in a book and romance. :)
