Manga Review: Ai Ore!, Vol. 7: Love Me! [Paperback]

I've finished "Ai Ore Vol. 7" by Mayu Shinjo.

Product Description

Mizuki is the female "prince" of her all-girls school and the lead guitarist in an all-girl rock band. Akira is the male "princess" of his all-boys school and wants to join her band. Love may be on his mind, but romance is difficult when everyone keeps mistaking Mizuki for a boy and Akira for a girl!

Akira’s agency cares more about creating idols than music, and Mizuki is reluctant to agree to their terms for Blaue Rosen debuting with a major record label. Akira then decides to go solo, but is he ready to live the life of a female idol?

Reads R to L (Japanese Style).

My Review:

In this volume Akira explains to Mizuki that he is tired of chasing her so he will debut as a solo artist and she will have to come after him this time.  He believes she can't make up her own decisions and only base them on her best friend.  Also the rest of her friends agree that she is indecisive.

Akira debuts as a female model in ads that are provocative.  The photographer becomes obsessed with Akira and tells him to pretend that he is making love.  Akira gives the guy a defiant look but is determined to make it before Mizuki and gives it his all.

Sorry I'm reformatting my computer and I will update later!

4/5
