Victoria Bliss's Virtual Tour: Getting Intimate Q/A & Giveaway

I am so excited to have Victoria Bliss here to talk in a Q/A here at Paranormal and Romantic Suspense Reviews.

Victoria is currrently touring to promote her new erotic book Getting Intimate.

Book Blurb:

They hated their own bodies but loved each other. Would their lack of self confidence tear them apart or could love make them whole?

It’s been almost six months since Terri and John first met and fell in love at the gym and John wants to think of something special to mark their anniversary. Terri is convinced that John is secretly seeing one of the skinny gym girls and her paranoia pushes her away from him. She thinks that she is too fat to hold the attention of such a fit guy.

John must think of a way to convince Terri that he really loves her sexy, curvaceous body and that nobody could take her place or face losing her forever.

Thanks so much Goddessfish.com for connecting us on this blog tour!

Please take it away, Victoria!

1. Why did you become a writer?

Simply because it is what I am. I would go mad if I didn’t write. I have ideas and those ideas won’t stop bugging me until they are written down and mostly those ideas form stories.

2. What is your book(s) about?

Well, my books in general are about love and lust and cuddly folk. I love to write about women with curves and their particular hang ups as well as their positive points.

Getting Intimate itself is the continuation of John and Terri’s story. They met in the gym in ‘Getting Physical’ and fell in love dispite neither of them believing the other would ever fancy them. John thinks he’s too skinny and Terri Thinks she is too fat. Getting Intimate is what happens once they get together. It explores their relationship and what strengthens it and what weakens it.

3. Who are your favorite authors or genres?

I love to read fantasy. I especially adore David Gemmell for his amazing Heroic fantasies and Terry Pratchett for his humour. I love the Discworld novels.

4. If you weren't an author what would you be?

Maybe a baker. I love baking! Cakes, biscuits, jams and chutneys, homemade sweets and all things sugary. I really enjoy feeding people and especially like to see the happy smiles on their faces as they munch something I’ve made.

5. What's your daily schedule like?

Madness and mayhem? I am a full time mum. Most days I get up between 5:30 and 6 am and write for a couple of hours before I wake up my daughter. Then I get her to school, shop, clean, go to church or school meetings and all the other associated stuff that comes from being a mum, a governor and a church member.

I like writing in the morning, it’s a nice, quiet way to start my day.

6. What's on your next to do list?

Well, I’m writing this just before Christmas so mostly my schedule is taken up with Christmas related items. Writing-wise I am working on a story called ‘Naked Rain’ for a Total-E-Bound Cougar anthology and I do need to start work on the final book in the ‘Getting There’ series of books.

Thank you Victoria for being here today to answer my questions, I greatly appreciate it!
