Manga Review: Secret Vol. 3

I've finished "Secret Vol. 3" by Yoshiki Tonogai.

Product Description

The tension among the survivors of the bus accident reaches its threshold as the one-week deadline finally arrives. The three killers may have confessed, but does this mean that all their sins are accounted for?

What truly constitutes a crime? Or to what extent is an action criminal? When the gavel falls on their sentences, perhaps all might not be as it seems.

About the Author
Before making his manga debut with Doubt, Yoshiki Tonogai was an assistant to Soul Eater creator Atsushi Ohkubo. Tonogai followed up his hit horror series Doubt with another survival horror title called JUDGE, and has also contributed to the Higurashi When They Cry series.

My Review:

Wow was this volume very fast paced and lots of secrets are exposed!

Finally the one-week deadline has arrived and the rest of the survivors are anxiously awaiting the conclusion the counselor has come up with.  We have learned who the three murderers are and why they did what they did!

One of the students/survivor wonders why the counselor has caused chaos among students after someone tries to kill him and his friends.

The mastermind is finally revealed near the end and the reason why.  They actually get their comeuppance!

4/5

Thanks Hachette Book Group Canada/Yen Press for sending me this manga to review, greatly appreciated!
