Lazy Morning Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Lazy Morning Breakfast Casserole


8 slices of bread (cubed)
1 lbs. ground sausage (cooked)
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced and sautéed)
5 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cubed bread in casserole dish, sprinkle cooked sausage on top. Add cheddar cheese and mushrooms. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk and then pour over top. Let stand for 5 minutes, then bake for 35 minutes until bubbly.
