My Review:
Captain Mac Flannery is part of a military group and an Imnada a secret society of shapeshifters. They were cursed by Fae at the end of the massacre after they were betrayed by their own kind. Each of them are cursed to turn into their beast form from beginning of darkness and ending at dawn. Each night Mac turns into a sleek and very dangerous panther. They are believed to be extinct but they are extremely good at hiding their clans until one of their own Adam is killed.
Bianca Parrino is a beautiful actress that every men lusts for and everyone believes she is Adam's mistress. In reality they are best friends and confidants. When she arrives at the funeral for Adam she meets Captain Mac Flannery and he believes she is the link to solve Adam's murder.
Renata's father was killed by the Imnada so she is on a mission for revenge against all that were involved. She makes sure when she captures them they are tortured horribly then die an even more gruesome death.
I really enjoyed Bianca's back story with an abusive husband and a father who taught her botany which helps in Mac's research for the cure to save his clan.
4/5
