My Review:

Vol. 3

Najika is attending Seika Academy (a top notch private school) is working a great job at Fujita Diner.  Then she gets the bad news that Fujita Diner might close down and she has to find a way to make sure that doesn't happen.  Najika isn't well liked at school because they think she has no talent and doesn't belong in the special Class so one of the girls wrongfully tells her dad who's on the Board of Directors that the chef at Fujita Diner is lazy and makes a student cook (in reality it's true).  The Board makes a decision to shut down Fujita Diner when they decide to have lunch and really enjoy it.  Then Sora appears and tells them to follow him outside.  The Board members are surprised to see students on the lawn enjoying lunch and having fun.  Sora informs them that Najika is the one who made the rolled sandwiches they loved so much.  Then the chef appears clean shaven and he had a plate of dessert for everyone.  The Board members decide to keep Fujita Diner open since the students are enjoying the food and are really happy.

One day Najika gets a phone call from Lavender House letting her know that her beloved Guardian is ill.  She rushes home with Sora and Daichi where she finds out her Guardian is overtired and with some rest will be fine.  Everyone is surprised and happy to see Najika and they ask her to make them some food to eat.  She helps a new orphan that is experiencing the same tragedy that she went through ( both of them lost their parents) and makes him some food he likes.

She returns to Seika Academy when Akane sees her talking to Daichi.

Vol. 4

One day Najika receives a postcard from her beloved Guardian letting her know that everyone is helping out and she is fine now.  She shows Daichi the card when he notices her watch is broken and mentions it to her.  She tells him she accidentally hit it right now and it's fine.  He asks her why she doesn't buy another one and she says things she buys would be for the kids at Lavender House.  Daichi buys a watch for Najika but she's not home so he leaves the bag hanging on the door.  Akane happens to see Daichi leave the bag so she takes it.  She turns around and bumps into Najika but then rushes away.  She opens the bag and puts on the watch.

At the end of each volume there is recipes of the food that Najika made so you can try them out yourself.  I plan on making some of the recipes (they look and and sound so yummy).

5/5
