I've finished "Obsessive Falls" the 2nd book in her Virtue Falls series by Christina Dodd.

My Review:

Storyline:  Taylor Summers witnesses the death threat to a young boy, and does the only thing she can do -- she sacrifices herself to distract the killers. As a result, her life is ruined  and she is on the run in the wilderness, barely surviving a bitter winter and the even more bitter knowledge she has lost everything: her career, her reputation, her identity. She finds refuge in Virtue Falls and comes face to face with the knowledge that, to live her life again, she must enlist the help of the man who does not trust her to defeat the man who would destroy her. She's being hunted, but it's time to turn the tables.

Characters:  Taylor used to be a vibrant strong woman who owned a business until the day she saved a young boy by distracting them.  While on the run she becomes even stronger to survive the wilderness and to make sure the villain doesn't find her and kill her.  At times she seemed helpless and looked like she was going to give up but something or someone made sure she didn't.


Romance:  Hmm didn't real feel this one because Taylor and Kennedy hardly knew each other though Kennedy believed he did!  I believe he was obsessed and quite the stalker and was convinced he loved Taylor.


Villain:  The villain had two sides one being cruel and sadistic and the other seductive and charming.  Sometimes you just want to get rid of him and others you just want to hug and comfort him.
